I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Magicbricks. I have paid Rs. 1300 towards a package activation on 10 Dec 2022 by payment id UPI/DR/234418222451/MAGICBRI/PYTM/paytm-1367/OidKq-
and magicbrick was unable to activate my package and a refund was generated by magicbricks on 16 Dec 2022. It has been over 3 months since then, and despite several reminders, I have still not received my refund.
I had raised a concern with Magicbricks Support and was given a ticket number 2512833 & 2557295, but despite their assurances, there has been no resolution. The lack of response and delay in processing my refund is completely unacceptable.
I urge other customers to be cautious while dealing with Magicbricks and their payment process. I feel cheated and disrespected as a customer who trusted their service.
I hope Magicbricks will take immediate action to process my refund and provide me with an update on the status of my refund. Such a delay in refund payment is not only unprofessional but also leaves the customer feeling helpless and frustrated.
