I left my company and agreed to work with Magna’s client for a contract of 6 mths. But once I quit they kept me waiting for 2 mths for Back ground verification confirmation. Then I joined at the client site but after 20 days, they told me that my BGC failed. It was disgusting as they wasted 3 months of my valuable time and salary also. Now even after sending chain of emails also, they are not responding to any of my mails neither they credited my salary for the tenure I worked with them.
So please bear all these points in mind before joining Magna.
