I worked for Magna Infotech for 1 year. Post that I submitted all required documents for PF withdrawal on 20th Jan 12. I have been communicating with Magna HR for more than a year now. Every time I got the reply that they are going to visit PF office today/tomorrow and let me know the status so I had to wait. But they never communicated to me on promised dates.
I received last communication on 21st Jan 13 and after that they stopped responding over emails. I have sent repeated follow up emails however the HR don’t even bother to reply my emails. I tried calling multiple times on the number mentioned on their website and HR signature however they don’t lift the phone. Multiple times I requested for direct contact number which I never got till today.
Magna Infotech is very unprofessional. I have a very bad experience while working with them. I was jobless for 3 months since the contract was not renewed... reason unknown. And now I have to struggle to get my PF money. Below are the Mail communication.

Everytime I have to do the follow up to get things done. I am sorry to
say but I have never seen Magna following it’s own words since the day
I joined.
