I have been working at Magna Infotech as a contractor(more than a year)
Pros:
I would like to personally Thank Chitra(HR) for her quick response on the moment she took up the lead.
1) RADAR website which helps to view all the information related to employee and to view/download payslips
2)Less Deductions from CTC
3) HR connects at client locations which helps an employee to discuss his issues if any.
Cons:
Nothing much.No Cons. everything is good
Advice to Management:
Kindly not to change the HR frequently.
Nothing much.keep going.
