My experience with Magna Infotech, from the very first day to today, has been a journey I will truly cherish. I still remember the day I walked into the Magna office in Bangalore and met with Uzma and Hardik from the HR team. They were patient with my questions and extremely supportive in the entire Onboarding process. They didn’t let me face any hiccups or issues.
When I started my journey at Accenture through Magna, I received prompt and timely notifications and mailers from the Magna team keeping me posted on updates and process changes. The HR support team – Swarna, Ravikumar, and Sumita – have been extremely supportive through this journey.
In my initial days I struggled to access the Radar site and every time I reached out to someone for help, the response and support was provided in a timely manner.
Recently there was some confusion around my contractor relieving date at Accenture. However, Sumita managed the situation without letting me feel the heat of the situation and even followed up with me to make sure I had no issues at work as a result of the confusion.
While it may just seem to many that these people were just doing their job, to me, I think they truly went that extra mile to ensure I was supported and didn’t have any issues to get distracted with.
I have been working for the past 11 years now and have also previously worked with another Contract company but never has my experience been this wonderful as these past 11 months with Magna has been!
I will always be grateful to the entire Magna team for their care and support.
