Magna Infotech like any III party company promises many things, but the moment you join, your HR will not pick up your phone, you have to fight for salary and leave policies are pathetic. They promise that Full & Final settlement is done within 90 days (which means after 180 days u have to shout for your settlement) which of course will be much less than expected. Their pay date is 7 and if 7th is holiday then it will be next working day, even then be surprised to see your money on 8 , 9 or 10. In brief it is a disaster.
Join only in Magna when u have all the options closed including MNREGA, at least there u know after a hard day u will get money. Here u dont have anything.
