ARE YOU JOINING AS A CONTRACTOR WITH MAGNA? Don’t join - it’s better to be jobless. A real sucg company. They completely sk your money with their useless rules and policies. No pros except you get your salary on time till you are on project. HR is the worst ever I saw in my career. These guys never responds to calls, you feel like they owe you money and they are not responding. I don’t understand why the hell in this world these guys don’t respond to calls anytime.
They don’t even bother calling back by seeing the missed calls. NOTHING IS FREE - if you work as a contractor. NO LEAVES(leaves are part of your CTC). HEALTH INSURANCE MANDATORY (even you don’t want - deducted from your salary). Worst response to any of your concerns. They won’t let you know all these fucg rules before you join. Please read the offer letter carefully before you accept. If you ask anything post accepting, they use only one liner "IT’S MENTIONED IN YOUR OFFER LETTER".
I recommend not to have a job, rather than working with this company. MOST OF THE REVIEWS WHICH SHOW A "GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH" ARE FRAUD. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE REVIEWS. They are writing their own reviews.
