About career growth, as far as my previous employers are concerned I believe Magna is a very good company.
The most I appreciate about it is the friendly work culture. HR’s and managers are very cooperative, supportive and always there to help and guide me.
Though at times one may find the policies a bit strict but I think they are a must if you want to be a true professional.
