I worked in magna 7 months and when I got good opportunity I resign from magna and served 15days notice period (as per the policies mention in the offer letter). While serving notice period they haven’t mention anything and at the end of the day they said you have to serve 1 month notice and not gave me relieving letter for Full and final settlement also they give me lot of trouble.
Finally I have to take legal action against them then only I got my payment and relieving letter also as per my experience they will deduct your PF from your salary but you will never get withdraw or transfer it because they never submit it in PF office.
When I was calling to HR they will never respond you properly even they will not reply mails.They have worst HR in Mumbai Citi center office like Sunil Baba and Ganesh Mani I can say never join this company even if you dony have any job.
