I have actually been a fan of Magnolia and have been visiting the restaurant at intervals in the past 4 -5 years. I have always liked their food. Usually we order the regular Tom Yum soup , with fried rice and Babycorn/ mushroom in Soya sauce for gravy (being a veggie). However, during our recent visit on Feb 14th (after almost 3 months), I was surprised to see a dip in thier quality. Below are some observations.
1)The soup was watery.
2) The gravy , too was watery, and lacked the usual taste with the usual amount of veggies like brocolli, etc missing.
3) More surprising, we found hair in the food twice. That was really unpalatable. When we brought this to the notice of the waiter, he did seem apologetic.
Towards the evening my family did complain of stomach problems.
I really hope Magnolia starts looking at their food quality seriously. Else, they will start losing their clients.
