I went to enquire about AMAZE on 20-Apr-2013. I decided to buy AMAZE petrol as sales guy told me that diesel variant will take 4 months and petrol variant will come within two months. I gave a call to sales guy on 20-June-2013 and he informed that it will take another 2 weeks. Again I called up after 2 weeks he tells me I will receive by 4-July.
Again I called on 2-July to find out the status he said I will get it by 15-July. When I raised my voice he started arguing with me and I asked him to escalate. He gave the phone to allocation manager and he informed me that my car will go on Production only on 22-July and delivery will be 29-July or 30-July.
I went to Magnum next day and asked them what was happening. They mentioned Honda delayed so they are not responsible. Even after all these I waited till 31-July and they said car came yesterday.
When I asked them why nobody informed me about this; he started to give all fake explanation. In the meantime while I was signing up for car loan I saw they mentioned car price as 8.3 lakh whereas booking time it was 8.15 lakh.
When I called allocation manager to find out he said I must pay this additional amount. It was raised by Honda only a month ago. My question - why should I pay extra 15 thousand without any of my fault. Fault lies with magnum that they gave my car to someone else and delayed extra 45 days making it total 100 days whereas at booking time delivery promise was within 60 days.
Therefore, beware of these kind of arrogant, unprofessional and unethical people. They dont care at all about customers. They treat customers like puppets. No respect for ethics and professionalism. Whatever way they want to earn money will do so; let the customers go to HELL. I called them total of 30 times for the entire 100 days period; they did just call once.
Absolute ridiculous and pathetic folks around. Magnum in HALL OF SHAME for Honda.
