I worked in Magus customer dialog for almost a year. Insecurity always. No incentives etc. Really bad atmosphere. The higher officials are not supportive. For just to start and to taste a call centre experience u can work there for 5 or 6 months.
Go ahead if u need an experience for 6 months or below but don’t hope for any career growth.
