I have visited five time to this place with my family and it’s one of the favourite place to my children. Very ancient place and tamil historical sculpture are available here. All sculpture are made before 1000 years ago.Nearly 60km from chennai city and 90km from Pondicherry ECR Highway. This highway is very enjoyable to drive with very near to sea.Mahabalipuram contain three tourist places, one is stone temple, it’s fully made by one stone. Another one is beach, it’s very hot anytime. Third place is like small hills to enjoy the children’s.One light house is avail to view the whole city and beach, the view is from top it’s very pretty.Huge spaces avail for car parkeing and vehicle parkeings so need to worry about to travel via ECR.But very small hotels only available and food quality also not much good. We can see many pairs are occupied the whole park and all tourist places so going with children is creating little bit shaky. Otherwise government was undertaken this place and maintaining very very clean & good. Here presented very high level temperature so can’t stand or spend more time on the beach or other outer places this is the main drawback other wise very supper place for children.
