I went for an enquiry of bike in month of march- 17, first up all I miss the welcomeness by staff. My self I went to the bike display and started reading the product manual then the someone come and akse me what Im looking for. when I aks details infor he ask me to wait and connected me with same girl.
she was not confident about her answer and whenever I ask about any technical information she said I dont know. Finally I browse on internet and make myself literate.
Once the bike get deliver and actual time come for service I founded very unhelpfulness form Mahalaxmi honda staff.
I as per their policy I given bike to first general check-up and servicing only on 250 km running. as per their advice I allowed them to change the Engine Oil. but the wast park they only change the oil wash the bike and given it back. they have not did any servicing/ repair of bike any cleaning of carburetor park or nothing.
I found same starting problems and pick-up issue.
Second time I went there and catch their Manager and aks for the same then after taking my bike for next 5-6 hr he returns with all require work.
Now a day they are charging hidden cost in bills like waste cotton and oil
So my experience here is very bad.
