Hi Freinds!Today I will write about Mahalaxmi Sweets Aliganj Lucknow.As by the name you get it that it is a sweets shop but you will get here not only sweets but other stuff too.It is located Puraniya Chauraha, Aliganj, Lucknow. Timings are 8 Am to 9:30 PM.You will get here Chinese, South Indian, Snacks and Chaat here.Lets have look below.
Food And Presentation.No doubt food here is very delicious and mouth watering talking about there Aloo Chaat and Paani Poori so is is tangy spicy and so delicious.If you eat it once you will eat forever here these items.I like Butter Masala Dosa of this restaurant it cost RS 77/= Plus other taxes here.What I found amazing in this dosa here is its paper, Stuffing and off course Sambhar and Nariyal Chutney .I did not found such good stuffing and taste of dosa anywhere else and their sambhar is also very tasty as the quantity of each ingredients in very balance and the quantity of oil is also perfect moreover they made it very delicious which I did not get anywhere else.Talking about Presentation so it is marvelous and very attractive full of hygiene very thing is so perfect .The garnishing of food, the way they place dish in utensil is very attractive and adequate .No doubt this feature is marvelous here.
Ambience.If You look at out side so it is not too much pleasing as they have put there Chaat counter and other food counters outside the shop on the road but talking about the inner ambience so entrance is glass cover I mean they have entrance gate of Glasses.When you enter the shop it seems you like a Bakery cum Restaurant as on 1 side you see the varieties of cakes and pastries and other Bakery stuffs where another side you see varieties of sweets.The sitting arrangements are also satisfactory here as you get here broad wooden tables and couch type seats the walls and roof is decorated very beautifully with wooden work and different types of light .The ambience here is so refreshing here .Ambience is good here.
Customer Service- It is very prompt and accurate.Their staff is well professional and disciplined.The best thing of their waiter is their smile as when you call them for giving order so they welcome you with a smile and take your order very properly.Their such polite and pleasing behavior towards customers attracts you a lot.From taking your order to the payment they take care of you very well and professionally .Therefore according my experience customer service is very satisfactory and good.
Value for Money-Yes a full Paisa wasool place it is.It is a over all value for money place as their food items and other stuffs are at reasonable rate with good taste and quality and ambience and food takeaway facility is also good here.In my opinion it is a value for money place.
I will 4 out of 5 star.You must visit to them to eat delicious food item on reasonable rate and to enjoy in a good ambience.
