Even after one year of paying the money rs.6500/- no connection was given. Did a lot of follow-up and every time the concerned person lied giving one stupid excuse after another.
Finally feeling totally cheated I asked for a refund and the cheats refunded my money after deducting application charges of rs.750 as per their policy.
My question is, is it not in their policy to give connection even after a delay of one year! Is it in their policy to lie to their customers!
Why should I pay application charges, when the cancellation has been done because of the inefficiency of MGL?
It is a scam. Take money. Don’t do work. Upon cancellation refund money after deducting application charges. IS THE ANTI-CORRUPTION DEPARTMENT LISTENING!? IF YES, THEN PLEASE FILE A CASE OF CHEATING AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND PROSECUTE THEM.
