I have been a consumer with MTNL - Delhi with 631 exchange, but more often than not the telephone is out of order. This has been brought to the notice of all the authorities including the General Manager, who has expressed his <bHELPLESSNESS.b> So I think MTNL cannot claim they do work, atleast in New Delhi.
So whom should I address my complaints to? Is it the Mnister of Telecommunications? In todays world when things are fast and everyone literally on the basis of information provided by the telecommunications why should I be left out in the race, just for no mistake of mine?
I hope the authorities will take care and will address the necessary.
