The train is unclean and lots of intruders in compartments. There is too much of corruption in railway tte community the train takes more time than Calcutta mail though it has fewer stops and it’s punctuality is poorer when compared to reasonable punctuality of Calcutta mail . In the up direction while coming to Mumbai.direction the train wastes 2 days. In the dn while going to Allahabad direction the train does not stop at Dadar causing inconvenience to passengers staying in western suburbs in Mumbai. This takes out all the advantage of the train startinng at CST Mumbai.The plus point of the train is that it drops u at Varansi, rather than Mughalsarai. but it is not a convenient train to go to allahabad.
The train has poorly maintained with unclean coaches. It does not have ac I st class. The train does not stop at important stations between IIarsi and alahabad while stops at every small station between Allahabad and Varanasi.
The train is reflection of UP and the development needed. The train should halt at Chalisgaon and Jalgaon . The pantry service is very poor.
