Maharaja Bhog Premium Veg thali.
As Lavish as it sounds. Really for a Maharaja and really premium for a customer.
We were served a huge platter in a brass thali. sweets, savouries, phulkas, dals, kadhis, rice, khichdi, farsans(appetizers) and so on.
They welcomed us with a variyali sharbat(Saunf sharbat - welcome drink).
Then the food got served in a huge pital ki thali with pital ki vaati(Brass metal thali with brass metal bowls).
They served us farsans like Sandwich dhokla, sabudana vada.
4 vegetables - Paneer makai capsicum, bhindi masala, aloo ki sabzi with gravy and
2 dals - Rajasthani dal(for spice lovers) Gujarathi dal(for sweet n spice lovers)
2 kadhis - Rajasthani kadhi, Gujarathi kadhi
3 types of bread - Fulka Roti, Bajra rotla & cabbage paneer paratha
Rice - Plain rice & khichdi
3 types of chutney, papad ki churi, pickle, buttermilk(all unlimited)
Our tummy was overloaded. with this yummy food and with the love filled service they have. they will force you to eat more like a close relative does for you. and every item is loaded with additional ghee they serve on top of everything, so forget the calorie counting once you go there.
The best part of the food is they don’t use any artificial food colours and essence. Keep it simply delicious.
