This was a office lunch and lunch was to be followed with a movie.
So the lunch had to be buffet. We had booked at China gate at Oberoi mall but found they didn’t have buffet. So fate intervened and we discovered the delightful Maharaja Bhog.
The food is home style, no fuss, healthy, tasty vegetarian unlimited thali.
We gorged on this.
There was two starters, dal churmur, four vegetables, two dal, two sweets, lassi, welcome drink, khichdi, rice, puri, paratha, roti with ghee, two sweets and a juucilious paan!
They watch over you and make lot of fuss if the plate is empty. You get the feeling that you are visiting yur relatives house who take lot of care. Impeccable hospitality.
All, at Rs. 410 per person. This was unbelievably a steal! Total value for money.
We will go back there again and again and again.
