This review is about the Multi cuisine Maharaja Restaurant located in HSR Layout, near BDA complex on top of MKAhmed retail shop.
I have gone to this place couple of times. But after my last visit, I have decided I will only come back to this place when I wish to eat Italian Pasta with Punjabi Naan...Surprised...well thats what the waiters and the hotel managers claim to serve to people and according to them people eat it..
I went there with my wife and couple of my friends to have a good time and a sumptuous dinner.
My wife always likes to eat Italian food and thats the reason she ordered Pasta that comes with Garlic bread. We had to wait for 45 minutes before our dinner was served. Well...when we checked, Garlic Bread was missing...So we brought that to the notice of the waiter there. He said he will get it and disappeared for another 10 minutes. Finally I walked up to the manger and complained about it..he asked me to take my sit and said that he will arrange it. Finally after another 5 minutes he came back with a piece of Naan..When we said we didn’t ordered for it..he says "The garlic bread got over and hence as a substitute we are giving you Naan"....can you believe it..
First of all he didn’t tell us till the time the dinner was served
He tried not to serve anything in place of garlic bread and get away with it...
Since we noticed and asked for it he gives us Naan
He never apologized for this mix up...rather when we ask have you ever seen anyone taking Naan with Pasta, he says people here eat Naan with Pasta all the time ....
After that I have never visited that place again...its not only about the food (the food was ok on earlier occesions.) .but about the attitude of the people who work there..
