I bought a Maharahja Food Processor from Spencers, Hyderabad. The product aws defective from delivery point itself. AFter xple calls one guy came and replaced some of it.
But still it went down. Also jars(steel), split up after 6 months. We bought new jars each cost you 325-400INR. The jar lids are not at all fixing properly
Its plastic parts burnt multiple times. So they changed the bush and washer etc at my own cost. Its one of the worst product you can buy.It does not serve any purpose. So avoid Maharaja Food Processors.
Now I am scared to buy a food processor. Thinking of buying a good Mixie which does the normal job.
Also their design is not at ll good. Its very bulky and even its switch knob also burnt out.
So buying one product from Maharaja forced to me to take the decision that never ever try out any products of this company again. Products can be defective. That I can understand easily. But here all parts supplied are inferior quality. They are claiming jars are stainless steel. But I never see a good steel tumbler spliting up in to two portions. That itself shows the quality of the product as a whole.
I feel such products are not allowed to market. The consumer court and such mechanisms should be poerful here like in Europe
