Heavy duty machine

Friends at MS,

In today’s modern world it is very necessary to save your time and do your tasks efficiently. In list of thousands of home appliances, one product has stood out tall and doing very well.

I started with normal Mixer Grinder of Maharaja which my mother used for 10-15 long years without any problems(barring 2-3 normal servicing and power cable replacement..but that’s it..)

From my past experience of Mixer and grinder of Maharaja, naturally my choice was to buy its food processor when I wanted to upgrade from my old, faithful normal mixer-grinder...

Now, why I chose this topic?

Normally, male members at MS do not choose to write reviews on kitchen appliances but this food processor which I have used on my own and has served me for long without any problems with all heavy duty tasks in kitchen everyday. As I have habit of doing all cooking and making my own dishes, trying out something new everyday, Maharaja Whiteline has served all my requirements daily.

So here I begin...grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Maharaja Whiteline Compact can do the following tasks

1. Wet Grinding

This feature is excellent for grinding soaked dal, chutneys, Coconuts, Chilies, Herbs, Ginger, Garlic and other such tough wet grinding tasks which are essential in preparing the diverse cuisines of India. It saves the trouble of grinding using a stone and pestle.

2. Dry Grinding

A very useful feature especially if you grind masalas at home.

3. Chutney Grinding

This feature allows you grind ingredients for making chutney such as coconut (khopra), pepper, garlic etc.

  1. Whipping

Whipping is beating a food to increase the volume by aeration until the mixture is soft, smooth and ’’creamy.’’

5. Blending

To Blend is to mix thoroughly. This function refers to the processing of soup, baby food, icing, ice cream recipes & mixing of batter for pancakes, waffles and light cakes.

6. Mincing

Mincing refers to the process of cutting foods such as vegetables into very small pieces. Minced food is smaller in pieces than chopped food.

7. Grating

Grating is reducing a large food to small particles or shreds by rubbing it against a coarse, serrated surface, usually on a kitchen utensil called a Grater.

8. Juicing

9. Pureeing

  1. Slicing

  2. Chopping

  3. Kneading

  4. Chipping

  5. Shredding

Other Features:--

I am using this Food Processor for last 4 years and doing its job well.I whole heartedly recommend this product for every kitchen.

One more feature is that, all blades can be kept at the side ABS plastic cover and no need to make separate dabba for the slicing, grating blades. Good feature Maharaja !! (This is unique feature amongst all food processors in the market.)

Now, my next buy will be......???? Maharaja of course !!(if my old food processor goes beyond repair..which is very unlikely atleast at this stage)
