I bought this Food Processor because the sales person at the Spencer’s at Hyderabad insisted on this product and it was being sold at a discount.
The people who came for ’Home Demonstration’ of the product were very unfriendly and arrogant. They were not even properly dressed and unhygienic.
With in 2 months the plastic knob failed. Even after repeated attempts, the service persons are not contactable.
The FP itself is bulky in design and occupies a lot of space. It has unnecessary attachments which are of no use. It is difficult to clean as well.
Now I am repenting for not doing my homework before deciding to buy this product.
I should have read the reviews on this product. Why such inferior quality products are marketed by Spencer’s.
I am planning to sue this product manufacturer in the consumer court for it’s poor quality and service.
Please don’t buy this product.
