Pathatic & very non caring customer service

The food processor right from the 1st day has been a problem. Demo was given after 20 days of purchase & just in 4 months the jars started getting rusty & you never know when it stops working. When called upon the service centre, they cant even speak proper english & on continuous requests will assign a technician after 5 days  who will work as per his convinient timmings only that is 11am - 5pm on weekdays only & expect people to stay home during that time & once if they find that we are not available during that time, will never attend the same complaint number & have to make a fresh complaint again & wait for 1 more week for the lord to visit our place again as per his convinience. The product sucks, & added the customer service too is very unfriendly & completely non professional. BRO’S NEVER EVER BUY ANY MAHARAJA PRODUCT PLS. FOR GOD SAKE.
