Booked flat 3 years ago, still couldn’t move in.
Quality I have no words to say. Walls are like mud wall, putty work paint work are so poor, wood quality, cheap floor tiles 30rs/sqft, no proper planning(looks like they dint hire an engineer to plan), gaps in tile laying, every now and then changing supervisors. Instead of buying a flat from mahaveer, you can go for some normal builders they will really give the better things.
