Hello friends I want to share my opinions this useless app mahavitaran for Android Mobile. The concept of this app is paying electricity bills through this. This app is actually designed and developed by maharashtra state electricity distribution company limited. They just made it easy for electricity bill payments. But the app is not much useful because we are now using the services of other popular means paytm, airtel money and few other apps for payments of bills. Other apps offers discounts and cashback on the bill payments atleast 5% but there will be no cashback here in this mahavitaran app moreover they charge extra money for our payments. When I installed this app I noticed that there are not much number of features available and it takes lot of time for payment to be completed the loading time is very high and I have payed extra charge of Rs50.on my electricity bill payment. So I have uninstall this app and started using the previous modes of payments like freecharge and paytm.The layout and design are not so good and I don’t like it much.After paying the bill we will be getting a sms to our mobile that the payment has been done. I have used this service for my cousin sister who lives in maharashtra.so I have came to know about this. This app provides many payment modes for paying bills like paytm, freecharge, netbanking and etc. If we pay the bill more than 500Rs there will be 1%charge on it. They have two toll free numbers to complaints on the issues we have but when I complain about a issue they didn’t resolved till now. So overall the service is not so better and the features of this app are also limited and better use the better apps for bill payments this is not preferable and takes lot of time. Thank you guys
