The above review is in relevance to what I have experienced while getting my scooty serviced at Mahesh Honda . I have no intentions in defaming the company or the dealership.
The incident took place on 1st November 2019, I entered the service center around 10: 00 am and did the necessary formalities. Around 1 hour later , I came to check the progress on the service but to my surprise they haven’t even washed my vehicle. On enquiring they told me that there was a long queue that’s why the delay was happening.
Another hour elapsed and still no sign of progress. Then I noticed that a scooty which came after my was being serviced first then me. On confronting them they told me the person to whom the scooty belongs was in a hurry. I mean what the fk!
After this incident it took them almost 5 hours to get my 125cc scooty serviced.
Seriously, they are wasting there customers valuable time and the manager of servicing department is least bothered about that.
So that was the experience that I had while getting my scooty servixed at Mahesh Honda , Kapurthala.
