Pathetic service and dealer experience

I am surprised and shocked to see the behaviour and attitude of a company of your esteem with my uncle.


I have although been apprised of your act & conduct recently but my uncle has been suffering an intolerable trauma and the same is causing him so much stress and tension that his health is depleting day-by-day unnecessarily. And as a matter of fact he has been taking medicine for hypertension and high B.P. now regularly due to the stress caused by your company, your dealers and your executives.


My uncle had booked a Mahindra bolero as a gift for his son but not only his plans failed he also became a joke and talk of the relatives as he had informed to all his relatives earlier that he will be gifting a Mahindra Bolero to his son.


The scanned copy of the Vehicle Sale Receipt and vehicle order taking form is annexed along-with the mail. I feel sorry to state that in past 5 months my uncle has visited your dealers showroom numerous times but to no benefit he was always ill-treated and was never given a proper response, he had called numerous executives at your dealer showroom but every time no proper response was given to him. Some of the executives my uncle and his son had a word with was Mr. Sachin Gola, Mr. Vivek, Mr. Vineet(GM). but no adequate or proper response was ever given to them and every time the commitment given by your executives has got cancelled.


As per the documents available with me at this stage, the vehicle order by my uncle was made on 30-09-2011 but to the utter surprise it has come to our knowledge that the dealer for the first time had placed the order with you only in the month of December 2011 vide order no. 101513219 and second order was placed on 03.01.2012 vide order no. 101515286. There are many more discrepancies at both the ends i.e. of your dealer & your company which we may highlight if so required at an appropriate time.


I would request your esteemed authorities to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action in the matter and kindly ensure that a Black Mahindra Bolero is delivered to my uncle at the earliest.
