I bought the bike as the look was very good and the price is low. Also I didn’t see any issue with my test drive as it was comfortable.
Though riding this bike in normal speed is fine, below are the issues I am having so for( which are going to continue as well)
Low mileage - Getting <45kmpl
Too much vibration as soon as I touch 48kmph
One of their security feature( alarm if u use a wrong key) is actually a major issue. Since the key is fold-able, every now and then it starts alarming. You have to try 2-3 times to stop that( and start the bike)
The bike turns off frequently when slowing down. It happens in various speeds and in all gears. Its a major concern.
Getting some loose chain sound while riding down and applying breaks to reduce the speed
I thought the issues will be solved after a service. But nothing happened. In fact the 4th issue was not there initially, but started after the service only. The people at service centers do nothing. All they do is water wash and oil change. That’s it. Even no proper response when asked about the issues( DP Motors, Chennai) .
It is total waste of money. Never buy.if not you will surely regret later.
Note: I haven’t mentioned about the hassles that I had to go thru from the time of pre-booking till I get the bike. That is much worse and even I sent a complaint mail to Mahindra about the dealer, but no response.
