I had bought a new Mahindra 540 in the 1991. It was a great machine with poor perfomance. I never got the feeling of driving a new vehicle. Often I was under the hood fixing some nut . The utility vehicle would ratlle for no reason. Huge elephant with no power. I really don’t know why companies sell such junks. Do they feel that we Indians are fools to buy anything or we had no choice. I think the companies ike Mahindra has incashed enough on selling technically junk to us. It is high time they must offer something of International quality at International price. If I remember the very first day the gaskit had burst and the car was overheating. I feel they should gift all these utilities to our farmers to transport their garbage at no cost. This way they will help the nation and save many lives on the road as the it runs without breaks.
