I want to share my experience with Mahindra First Choice. I sold my car with the help of Mr. Nadeem, who said he’s from their Gurgaon office.
They told me it would take about 6 months to transfer the car to the new owner, but it’s been over 7 months now, and nothing has happened. Whenever I try to contact them through email or phone, they just say they’ll look into it but never really do anything.
They also said they won’t transfer the car to their name until it’s sold to someone else. This is really frustrating because they don’t give a clear timeline for when this will happen.
Overall, dealing with Mahindra First Choice has been a headache. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want to sell your car without hassle. They don’t seem to care much about their customers and don’t keep their promises.
Do not Trust on them, Their service is really pathetic.
