Few days we have purchased this scooter from mahindra outlet in ludhiana this purchase of scooter is one of the worst purchase of my life that I have made ever. initially scooter was working fine but after some days it has started giving me trouble. the scooter seems to be made of very poor quality it is not good for rough and tough use. the engine of scooter sounds very much and I have raised this issue with company but company mechanics failed to resolve my issue so as per my experience company has poor service &support because now whenever I call the company the reject my call. even after some days of purchase the light of scooter has stopped working and scooter switches off automatically while travelling all these troubles makes me very disappointed because company is not resolving my issues.
the company claims that scooter gives mileage of 45-55 kmpl but in my case the scooter gives mileage of just 30-35 kmpl which is quite unsatisfactory for me. even this scooter is not good for regular travelling because this scooter is very uncomfortable. whenever I travel for long distances this scooter gives me back and hip pain because seat is very uncomfortable and it is made of very hard leather as well. this scooter has poor boot space as well as compared to other scooters in the market overall this scooter has disappointed me very much as per my experience this scooter is not reliable for long term use.
even the road grip of scooter is very poor as this scooter is not suitable for travelling in rainy days due to its poor road grip. the tyres of scooter are made of poor quality leather as a result of which scooter slips a lot in wet road conditions. even the style & design of scooter is not so satisfactory as compared to other scooters in market. overall this scooter has given me a lot of trouble and this scooter has disappointed me very much so I do not recommend this scooter to anyone as it is a total wastage of money.
