Mahindra is well known for their big suv’s and jeeps but in the scooter segment they are worst because even though the products are not so bad but their services are just horrible
I bought a mahindra gusto 4 months back on 06/11/2015 from max auto b-300, saraswati vihar delhi-110034 they are the worst dealers of mahindra and I think their dealership should be cancelled becuase none of the people who are working their knows how to work they always run for new customers and never pay attention on old ones
they have not given me the RC of my scooter till now which you usually get in 1 month the person who is the incharge her name is ranjana and she is fooling me from around a month everytime I call them they say we are working on it and we will give it you next week its been 4 weeks now and finally yesterday I confronted her and then again she said she will inform me as soon as possible and then I just said if you not reply me in just 2 days then then I will drag you to consumer court after that she has taken me seriously and the problem not just ends here they have few service centers in delhi and the service centers are so poor
I was a having a problem with the tires in just 2 days the air reduces upto 5-10 points I complained about it then he said must be a punture or a leakage but I got that tested and the local mehanic said its just working fine and now the scooter is in my garage I did a big mistake these guys dont know how to solve of customers go for other options
