Hi guys today I share my experience with mahindra services.
I meet with an accident 13/10/2017 at Chandigarh near location. I delivered my damaged car to mahindra workshop luxmi switch gears pvt Ltd, panchkula. next day of accident. They fill all queries form and send it to insurance company. Service supervisor committed that he delivered my vehicle soon only if they have parts Available in their parts store. And today I just reached mahindra workshop to look up how much work had done. But they done nothing with my car.
The car is still in same damaged condition and when I asked accidental manager then he told me we don’t have vehicle parts availablity. We order the parts when parts will arrive they we start working with it.
My business is suffered because of mahindra lack of parts availability in their workshops. My business is totally dependent on my car.
This is really a bad experience with mahindra services. I recommend you never buy a mahindra vehicle. Because if a MNC company Mahindra don’t have parts then they should close their cars factories. Why they are selling cars if they don’t have parts for repair.
