Never ever go for Renault Logan if the Dealer is sucha sucker, he suck all my time and took advance from me saying that they will deliver it in 10 days and its more than a month now, a Dealer at Nagarjuna Circle, Hyderabad
I spoke to GM as well as Area sales manager and they are not aware when exactly can deliver the car, they made me roam all around 5 times to the show room. And shocking is none of the employees in that show room knows what are the features they have in the different models of Logan. I FEEL THEY DON’T KNOW WHETHER THEY ARE SELLING A GOAT OR A COW.
For the time being I felt like "for that taxi" do I need to walk around the show room. so I have decided to go for another car far better than this. I have warned them that I will be going to consumer court for the same then they are ready to refund my advance payment made.
YOU SHOULD NEED LOT OF PATIENCE TO DEAL WITH THE MAHINDRA SHOW ROOMS FOR LOGAN I GUESS WITH THIS ISSUE.
BE CAREFUL BEFORE PAYING ADVANCE.
