A true experience (not a story):
I bought at more than 48, 000 which is all hard earned money got wasted. I bought from akshar enterprise, ahmedabad.
When i went there to buy, i wanted a specific colour. They asked to their workshop by phone and said that they have that colour. I also clarified, "i will not buy a same colour you have in your showroom for display" and they agreed. I paid, finished all processes and after an hour they called again to workshop and said that it is not available. You have to buy what we have in our showroom for display purpose. I had to buy it. No options! I wasn’t satisfied with the performance. I called but they said come here and we will check. They also said that these new lot came had some problems. They took me to workshop where they opened it and repair. Imagine, a brand new scooter needs to be opened on a very next day of purchase!
I said, replace it. I will compromise on the colour now. Give me just a black one. He said "i already submitted your docs for insurance and rto. Now nothing can be happened". I said "ok, as you already submitted docs to rto, then when will i get my registration number" and he said "within 2-3 days" and guess what? It took them 1 month to get me my vehicle number!! (then how is it possible he submitted docs within 1 day of my purchase?)
Real suffer starts now ------
It has a starting problem. Just after 2 months of purchased, i cannot start with auto start function. I have to start using a manual kick every morning. These are pure kinetic vehicles which were failed in the market.
Average is below 40 which is not affordable in this tough time when petrol prices are so high. I am now regretting to my decision that i bought this vehicle. They also charge 180 rs. For 1st free service!!! (all free services are chargeable. They are charging for petrol and oil expense. If we say that we do not want to change oil then they say that there is no guarantee from company in future then)
Customer service is zero. They dont listen to complaints.
Do not buy any mahindra vehicles.
Rodeo, duro, flyte, kine - they are just pure kinetic vehicles.
Guys, i am telling you the truth in your favour. Do not buy rodeo or any other mahindra 2-wheelers. They charge 49, 000 rs. Almost but there is nothing worth to spend that for these vehicles.
Buyers beware. Do not buy.
