I wanted to give my view on Rodeo(Cappuccino Brown) which I bought three weeks back..
Its really great to ride it in city traffic. It simply zooms ahead of all the scooters and 100cc bikes so fast that everyone simply look at you astonished , what the hell is he riding?? Just press the throttle a little after starting the engine and it does 35 kmph and a little more it goes to 60-75 kmph without a jerk..Wow what an amazing acceleration it has guys. Braking is also good and Handling is smooth as a bike.. I am really proud to own one..!!
LOOKS-Really an elegant and more pleasing look than the other scooters in the range..More youthful and stylish for college goers who often take the scoot for cinemas, tuition centre, shopping complex.. RODEO is the first and the only scooter in India to have an all digital console including the Tachometer(Not even found in the costly Yamaha bikes)
POWER- You can actually measure the Acceleration of you Bike in the In-built Acceleration meter in the Digital console...For me it Gives 0-60 in just 6-7 seconds..The 8bhp and 9NM torque @7000 rpm from the 125 cc engine just gives you the rush every time you press the Throttle.. I got a Top speed of 85 kmph and If you get time and distance 105 kmph is the top speed achieved in RODEO..!!! Without any vibration of the bike.
HANDLING & BRAKING--Way better than the Activas and Scooty’s...It gives a great control over you ride and must say the braking is top notch.The best part is it does not skid on heavy braking.
TECHNOLOGY--The most amazing feature of Rodeo is that it’s equipped with the unique feature of 4 in 1 anti theft key that works like a central console similar to the “Scorpio” that’s again what Mahindra uses in it’s cars has been bought back in Rodeo.Its a technology Taken from the SYM Europe scoots. The Rodeo also has hassle free front fueling system in which the rider can enjoy the fueling by just relaxing down in his seat. The Boot had a light and you can easily keep your Helmet and other files or documents. The mobile charger is an added advantage in case of emergency if you want to charge your mobile.
MILEAGE- My Rodeo gives a neat 37 Kmph and will increase upto 45 to 50 after the First service depending on user handling..
VERDICT-9.5/10: The ground clearance issue of the Rodeo is only a problem when you come across the speed breakers(which are smaller in size with a big huge bent) and that too only when you have a pillion.Just go over the hump @ 10 kmph and I guarantee that it wont strike. I have done 324 Kms to date

And I beg Mahindra to increase their Showrooms in Chennai and increase the publicity, cause everyone will love to own one after finishing their test drive..
If any body is looking forward to buy a scoot please don’t hesitate on this one...Its the best power scooter out there which is the best for both the Office goers and college students.
