I bought the SLE version with the Mhwak engine from Sri Durga automobile, delhi ( The worst dealers ever to deal with). I will start will the dealer itself. Uneducated, they stink, worst dressed, no regard for the customer. They usually put repaired parts from old vehicles on new cars. I ca tell you this because I booked the car, and on the day of the delivery there was 4 inch big patch on the bonnet which you could clearly see was repaired. I declined to accept the car as is, so they offered me to put a new bonnet from another car onto, and a cash discount of Rs 20, 000. I should have rejected that offer, but my father was persistent to buy the car.
All said and done, we bought the car home. That is when our trouble started. Been 9 months, and I have to visit the workshop every month because something or the other is broken. I don’t know what is wrong with the tyres, they need a wheel alignment on every service< which by the way is every 5000ks. Very unusual I know, but that is how they roll.
Now, the steering wheel is broken, by which I mean is tilted towards the left, and I have clocked only 22, 000 ks so far. Worst customer service, they do not care if your car is burned down to ashes, they just need the money, and shove it up their a*se. You send an email to company head office in Mumbai, you will get an automated response for the acknowledgment, but they do not bother to call back.
My suggestion to who ever is planning to buy a Mahindra, DO NOT BUY IT. Its the worst car your money can buy. A message to Anand Mahindra who says Our cars are the best, I tell him shove it up your arse mate. Even a Tata is better than a Mahindra.
