The Mahindra XUV300 is a compact SUV that offers a blend of style, features, and performance. Here’s a review of the XUV300 based on the information available up until my last knowledge update in September 2021:

Exterior: The XUV300 has a bold and muscular design, with a prominent front grille, stylish LED headlights, and a sculpted bonnet. The overall design is modern and appealing, with some design elements borrowed from its larger sibling, the XUV500.

Interior: The XUV300 features a well-designed and feature-rich cabin. The build quality is good, and the materials used feel premium. The dashboard layout is ergonomic, and the seats are comfortable, offering good support. The rear seats provide ample legroom and headroom for passengers, although the middle seat might be a bit cramped for adults.

Features: Mahindra has equipped the XUV300 with several advanced features. Depending on the variant, you can expect features like a touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, a sunroof, cruise control, keyless entry, and push-button start. Safety features include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and a rearview camera. Higher variants may offer additional features like front parking sensors, seven airbags, and electronic stability control.

Performance: The XUV300 offers two engine options: a 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine and a 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine. The petrol engine produces around 110 horsepower, while the diesel engine delivers approximately 115 horsepower. Both engines provide good low-end torque, making the XUV300 peppy to drive in the city. The engines are mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, while an optional 6-speed automatic transmission is available with the petrol variant.

Ride and Handling: The XUV300 offers a comfortable ride, with the suspension effectively absorbing bumps and undulations on the road. The steering is well-weighted and responsive, providing a confident driving experience. The compact dimensions of the XUV300 make it agile and easy to maneuver through tight spaces.

Fuel Efficiency: The XUV300 offers decent fuel efficiency figures, with the petrol variant delivering around 12-14 km/l and the diesel variant providing approximately 15-17 km/l, depending on driving conditions and usage.

Overall, the Mahindra XUV300 is a competitive compact SUV that offers a stylish design, feature-packed interior, and good performance. However, it’s essential to check for any updates or changes made to the XUV300 since my knowledge cutoff in September 2021.
