Actually we are already having toyota Innova , but we thought of buying XUV 500 to upgrade from Innova. Though XUV performs well as expected there is a major set back in looking into the comfort of ride.Though Mahindra company claims independent shock absorbers and any components, the shock absorbs are shockingly hard and really makes you uncomfortable to take all shocks of road directly on you. This is really unacceptable looking at the other loaded features etc. Innova rides are really much much comfortable than XUV in this aspect. I am so disappointed with this vehicle.
