I felt lucky when I got my xuv500 awd in first lot only. I was feeling like top of the world, It was unbelievable for when I took my xuv to highway from Delhi to Amritsar it was too insulting in front of my friends that car becomes a good quality massager seat after reaching speed more than 80km/hr, Mahindra people are lying that they are not offering awd in 2nd & 3rd phase cos of pending bookings of 1st phase exact reason behind that is their awd drive version is a give flop so they had stopped production for it and only offering 2 wheel drive.
I went to the service centre also for the problem but they fooled me by saying that we had talked to the engineers about the complaint you have to leave your vehicle for 2 days, after 2 days they just washed away my xuv and delivered to me by saying that problem has been recovered, but it was not done cos I felt same till now.
So I will advice you don’t go on outer looks see the performance which is very poor.
