Poor Service Quality

I bought XUV 500 on 23-05-2012 after wait of more than 3 months. The car was not delivered as per expectation of a customer taking delivery of a new car. AC vents had piles of dust which were not clean. Hand Break handle had cut mark, fittings below wipers were not fixed properly etc. The moment I took out the car on road, I experienced a grinding noise from the engine which was told me as normal and will be fine in few days. Thought it continued, I called service workshop to lodge a complain. Within a week time, I experienced a scratching sound on front left wheel while reversing.


The workshop driver took my car on 6th June and returned on 8th June late evening. They didn’t attend to my car till 8th June morning that too after number of follow ups. When car came back from workshop, front left wheel problem was solved but then there was another new noise from back door.This shows very poor service from M&M people. Thought they have a manufactured a good but service quality needs lots of improvement.


I suggest readers to consider all these poitns before buying XUV 500 as its not a cheap vehicle.
