Service quality issues persist

My name is Mr. Subodh Paranjpe and I own a Mahindra XUV registered as MH 05 BL 3197. Recently I gave my car for service( at Global Gallerie Thane(this is usual service center available nearest to my location). I agreed for all work their engineers recommended to me. Bill was approx. Rs 46000. But quality of service is shabby. Car is making lot of noise. Steering is also generating noise. This is clear reflection of carelessness from service staff. This is fourth time I am having issues with the car after it is back from service. Also Service station took three long days(for which I faced lot of inconvenience always as service center never completes work in a day). Earlier experiences were battery draining within 8 hours of servicing. Stranded on road. Second instance clutch fault after servicing. Third instance was engine overheating just after service(here Mahindra replaced my engine under warranty). The issue is ignorant and careless service staff. This is purely due to improper assembly. Due to which XUV users get stranded on road. I have to change the car now and I was thinking about going for XUV again. But it is the quality of service which has made me change my decision to go for any Mahindra product again. Again I have to send my vehicle for service and god knows what will lie in store for me. Mahindra never again.
