This is a fraud maid placement company who makes money with the help of their maids. They operate from Kandivali and Dadar office. They sent a maid- Jyoti Mhaskar who had lots of demands and when she started taking unwanted leaves, I complained to them. They did not provide me with a solution instead asked me to keep the maid till they find a replacement.
I wasn’t comfortable as there is no guarantee the maid will remain faithful. I asked the maid to leave and requested them to find an immediate replacement and send them several emails but there was no proper response. There was no prompt support provided to me neither they helped me in replacement.
On 12-Jul-2013, when I finally spoke with Kavita, who is the Owner- Dr. Manju herself but fakes her name as Kavita, she denied me the refund or the advance I paid to Jyoti.
I have been duped by this agency and would request users to beware of such agencies.
