MailSnare is the Best!

I don’t know about you, but I like a lot of bells and whistles with my e-mail! I tried the no-frills e-mail providers but found after a while that I wanted more, but to get more you had to pay! So I checked out the ones which required a fee but found that for the money, you only got 10 or 20 mbs of e-mail storage. Plus you aren’t able to receive large e-mails. I tried Runbox.com (read my review on that), but then came upon Mailsnare.net. LOVE IT! For the same price as Runbox, you get 100mb of e-mail storage (after you pay an additional 9.95 on top of the 19.95 for the Enhanced Account) with separate file storage included with each account. On top of that you get 4 different domains and 5 different aliases! So if you get hit with spam with one domain, you can use another domain or alias! But their high-tech built-in spam filter is wonderful. You can set your own ’’white list’’ (acceptable domains) but I’ve found that they do a pretty good job of preventing the stuff from even getting to your account. Runbox wasn’t as great at that as they claimed! There are two levels: 14.95 with 35mb e-mail storage and 5mb of separate file storage INCLUDED. Enhanced is 19.95 with 50mb of e-mail storage and 10mb of separate file storage, again included. Runbox is strictly 100mb e-mail storage. No separate file storage included. Nor do they have an option to pay for separate file storage. But here was what sold me on Mailsnare. You can send and receive e-mails (with attachments) up to the storage limit of your e-mail. Meaning, you can receive an attachment up to 100mb (or more if you purchase additional e-mail storage or file storage). Runbox limits that to 20mb. I take correspondence courses in astrology and tarot, and coursework comes in huge file attachments, so this was definitely the way to go for me! A lot to say in this review, but I believe in being thorough (I work in the legal field; habit to be wordy).
