Mainland China is one of the best restaurants in Mumbai specializing in Chinese cuisine.
The restaurant is located at Saki Naka conveniently accessible from surrounding suburbs like Ghatkopar, Andheri, Kurla and Powai. Do not get intimidated by the hustle & bustle and the irritating disorderliness of the busy Saki Naka junction. Once you enter the restaurant, you are transported to a charming and relaxing ambience. The valet parking facility comes in handy for the driver not familiar with the disorderly traffic around Saki Naka.
The menu offers a variety of ’vegetarian-Chinese’ delights for the vegetarian diner. The taste and aroma of the food presented at Mainland China is much different from the stuff dished out by other restaurants. I specially like their spring rolls, Manchurians and fried rice (all Veg). The hot and sour items are prepared very well.
There are other tongue-twisters that delight your tongue .. but you have to go there first.
The service is quite relaxed, but it is well worth the wait. This place is well suited for small groups and family.
A treat there does not come very cheap .. but considering the quality, ambience and service .. your money is well spent.
