First thing, the experience I am sharing below is specific to Mainland China Bangalore. To give a brief history, I have a long lasting love affair with Mainland China Mumbai which is in Sakinaka. It is awesome there..everytime you go, it gives you the feeling of first time.
And Mainland China in Bangalore, is totally different as is the city from Mumbai. I went there on a Saturday for dinner along with my family [it was my wedding anniversary]. The food, ambience were good, service moderate [you cant expect excellent service on friday, saturday nights in any of the metropolis these days]. Thats it.
Twice we discovered hair in my spouse’s food. First it was in the drink and then in the main course item.
Each time we brought this to the notice of the manager on the second floor, he just replaced it. No apologies, no action on the hygiene [which can be concluded from the second appearance of the intruder in the meal].
To conclude it, I think I would not go to Mainland China again after the kind of experience I had last Saturday.
