I took my family to this restraunt on new year’s eve. I had been there couple of times for official lunch during weekdays.liked its ambience and hence decided to take my family there.however it was a horror story.
I went to the hotel at 2:00pm.was asked to wait for 15 minutes.but was finally able to get in only at around 2:50 pm. Atleast they could have turned us back .but they did not.
They made us sit in the Terrace.which was like a dingy dabha on the outskirts of the city. It was dirty and really ugly place to go out with a family. The food was pathetic and .everything was as cold as desert! The service was non-existent.
What more.the price was double of what they used to charge regularly(Rs.550/- per person). I’m sure I would have enjoyed the outing more in a dirt-cheap dhabha outside the city.
What more when I complained to the manager and told him that I’m going to write about this on the internet.they tried to bribe by giving a gift!
Overall a humiliating experience.be warned.
