We recently visited Mainland China and had a few not so good experiences. Probably I’d think twice before going for the next time or most probably would not visit it at all. We were 5 adults and 2 kids. Ambience was good and they got us seated in 5-10 minutes.
We ordered 3 starters along with soups(1/2 for all) but one of the starter came only after we all finished our soup. This was not really upsetting however the soup which they served to my kids was all water and nothing else. It was not even close to sweet corn soup. I was surprised and I complained too.
Anyways we continued eating our food. Finally as we were about to move, my daughter was drinking water from her glass and the glass broke in her mouth itself. I have no clue what happened but it was really upsetting. May be the glass was already crack. Initially I was just worried and then annoyed. WE took her to the washroom there and luckily nothing happened.
She took out the glass immediately. And to add it to all my bad experiences, the bill amount was whopping 4500/- :) with a ’Sorry’ from the staff. That too when my mum did not eat anything other than a little rice. so, for 4 +2 kids, I ended up paying this amount. I’ll probably not like to go there again.
